We require a non-refundable deposit, per pet, that will go towards the cost of your service. Pick the right service according to your pet’s needs and size to prevent overbooking. Our system allows you to reschedule 24 hrs before appointment time, after 24 hrs you will lose your deposit. If you are 15 mins late you must reschedule and a new deposit will be needed, so please be on time.
Do not book if
1) Bad behavior (bites, aggressive)
2) Pregnant or in heat
3) If you own a pit bull or a pit bull mix (papers shots including rabies will be needed)
4) Have ticks (no dogs with ticks are allowed)
5) Any dog with medical conditions.
6) Senior dog that does not stand on his/her legs .
4) If you have a puppy between 6-8 months and want a haircut (full haircut).
We start with sanitary packages for any young puppies. First time puppy please pick mini groom.
5) Anxious dogs , destructive dogs and dogs that barks all day are not allowed to stay with us
for grooming ask for our express fee service.
